Coaches will leave Brentwood Council Offices at 9.00am and return there for 4.30pm.
Meet at Thriftwood at 5.10pm for a 5.30pm start. The campfire ends at 6.45pm.
Meet outside Chelmsford Civic Theatre at 1.30pm and collect at 4.30pm from same. Transport is not provided. Ice cream and drinks included.
